We have prepared a simple 3 step guide to help you prepare for our arrival. 

Step 1:  You must be at home for our arrival at your chosen time slot. An adult must be available to accept the delivery, and it must be to the address on the order confirmation.

Step 2: You must prepare your property for our arrival. Move any obstructions, this can include ornaments, tables, baby gates. We will need all access to be free of any hazards, this also will include your pets, no matter how big or small. Our team will inspect the route before bringing in your items.

Step 3: Once our team have finished the delivery, you will be asked to sign the delivery sheet. This is you accepting the items and confirming you have inspected the furniture and are happy with their condition. Any scuffs or marks noticed after delivery KC Sofas cannot be held accountable for once this is signed, so please do inspect your furniture. Remember to protect your floor!
